How Go Dutch handles your data
Go Dutch is a test prototype. Use it to try the idea, not for financial decisions. It gives no financial advice, and amounts are estimates until you check them yourself.
What stays on your device
Your bank statements (PDF or CSV) are read in your browser and never uploaded. Your income, the descriptions of your payments and your account number never leave your device.
What we store
- Your email address, to sign you in and to reply to.
- The fixed costs you confirmed: name, category, amounts and payment dates.
- Contract dates you entered, changes you answered, and your next actions.
- Emails you approved and sent to providers. We never read or store their replies.
- When a reminder was sent, so you don't get it twice.
Services we use
- Supabase (database and sign-in), stored in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel (hosting), running in Frankfurt.
- n8n passes on emails you approved and reminders. It receives only the email itself.
- Resend sends those emails from Ireland, but keeps email logs in the United States for 30 days.
- Anthropic (Claude), only if AI drafting is on: receives the provider name and the amounts of a price change you confirmed, to draft an email. Not your name, email or account number.
Your choices
- Turn reminder emails off in Settings, or with the link in any reminder.
- Delete all your stored data in Settings, anytime. Your account stays, so you can start again.
- To delete your account too, ask the person who invited you to the test.
